Damaged, lost, or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier, and we will assist in resolving the matter where possible. For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply, and the recipient is responsible for these charges.
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, it may be returned to us. In such cases, a reshipment fee may apply. Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
